| Recreation Information: The scenery around Moab is legendary including both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, both located a few miles north of town. The Colorado River provide great white water and family rafting adventures. Moab is renown for its mountain bike trails, races, marathons, hiking, climbing, rafting and four wheeling. Moab also has an excellent 18 hole golf course located a few miles south of town.
