A deposit of 50% or one nights stay, whichever is greater, is charged at the time the reservation is made. One reserved, you are responsible for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $15.00 per room, cancellation fee, with at least 30 days notice during our peak season, June 1- Oct 31 and fourteen days notice for the balance of the year. Housekeeping surcharge 5.35 percent. Holidays and special events require at least 30 days notice for cancellation. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason within the cancellation period, the balance of your stay will be processed at the time of cancellation and we will refund the charges, less a $15.00 per room cancellation fee only if we are able to resell all the rooms over the entire reserved period. Naturally we will make every effort to rent the room and refund your deposit. Because of our firm cancellation policy, we do recommend Travelex Travel Insurance.

The Yachtsman Lodge and Marina is ideally situated on the Kennebunk River, with great views of River and Ocean and just a short stroll to shopping and attractions and beaches. -- Directions -- From the Maine turnpike, take exit 25 to Kennebunk, follow Route 35 South for seven miles to Kennebunkport. Turn left at the intersection of Route 35 and Route 9 onto Route 9. Drive over the bridge into the center of town then turn right there onto Ocean Avenue. Continue for 0.25 miles and The Yachtsman Lodge is on the right.
