We are a New England hotel located at the foot of New England's premier ski resort, Killington and Pico Ski Resort. Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 50pct deposit of the full stay including tax. There are no refunds for no shows and early departures. All reservations outside the policy incur a 25USD service charge.

In addition, all these rooms have new color TVs with remote controls and cable. Most of these rooms have a small table with sitting chairs, which makes a nice area to snack or write post cards. Your own private bathroom, which you will find to be extremely clean, bright, with all the basics, and a shower. Some of these rooms are on a centrally controlled heat zone. They are all very spacious, comfortable, and were remodeled recently.

| On-Site Meeting Facilities The Inn offers no formal meeting rooms. However, our 35 seat dining room has been used for small gathering on many occasions. This can be set up with us directly upon arrival for a small fee. And, it must be scheduled after 11am in the morning due to the breakfast service.

| Available Recreation: The Inn has a home-like BYOB common area with 60' big screen TV. In the common area chess, checkers, backgammon, and scrabble are offered for amusement and aggravation. Night Life in Killington has been voted #1 in Ski country on numerouse occasions. The apres' ski parties are nightly along the Killington Road and restaurants. Ask for recommendations upon check-in.

| On-Site Food and Beverage Facilities: The Inn has a 35 seat dining area off of the central common area We use this dining area to serve breakfast to our customers over the course of the year We do not consider it a restaurant for we do not serve to the general public At Mountain Sports Inn, we serve only our in house guest. This gives you the privacy and sevice you deserve in the morning You will never wait for service at our establishment The meal plan during the year changes according to the seasons. In the summer we serve no food (just coffee and tea) EP, foliage and off season is continental CP, and midwinter is full hot breakfast BP.
